I am Akhila Damsari, a Product Designer with a background in UI/UX engineering and over a decade of experience in digital design. I enjoy transforming complex workflows into intuitive, user-centered experiences that balance business goals, technical feasibility, and visual craftsmanship.

My approach goes beyond creating polished interfaces. I believe great products begin with understanding the problem, questioning assumptions, and designing solutions that genuinely improve how people work. My Journey

My career began in graphic design, where I developed a strong foundation in visual communication, branding, and attention to detail. As digital products evolved, so did my interests. I transitioned into UI/UX design, combining aesthetics with usability, and eventually expanded into product design, where strategy, research, systems thinking, and collaboration became central to my work.

Working as a UI/UX Engineer has given me a unique perspective. I understand not only how products should look and feel but also how they are built. That technical understanding allows me to design practical solutions, communicate effectively with developers, and create experiences that are both scalable and achievable.

Beyond Design

I am naturally curious and always learning. I enjoy exploring product strategy, psychology, business, emerging technologies, and AI-assisted design workflows to continuously improve how I think and work.

Outside of work, you will often find me reading, experimenting with new design tools, or pursuing creative hobbies like calligraphy, watercolor painting, and digital illustration. These creative outlets keep me inspired and reinforce my belief that great ideas often come from connecting different disciplines.
